The questions we hear every day at the counter — answered the same way we'd answer them in person.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for the shop — all three locations work on a first-come, first-serve basis, so just drive in. Mobile tire service is the opposite: it runs by appointment so the van is guaranteed to be yours for that window.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are how the shops work. Come in during business hours and we'll get you in line right away.
Do you sell new and used tires?
Both. We stock new and quality-inspected used tires in a wide range of sizes, so there's an option for every budget. Call your nearest store with your size to check availability.
Do you offer mobile tire service?
Yes — we come to your home, office, or roadside. Mobile service runs by appointment, and pricing is quoted by phone based on your location and the work you need. Note: oil changes are in-shop only.
How far does your mobile service travel?
We cover roughly 30 miles around our South Miami-Dade stores — from Homestead up through Kendall and beyond. Outside that range, call us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
How do I find my tire size?
It's printed on the tire's sidewall — a code like 225/65R17. Our tire size guide on the quote page breaks down what each number means, or just send us a photo and we'll read it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Call your store for current payment options — the team will confirm what works before you come in.
Can you repair my flat tire?
In most cases, yes — punctures in the tread can usually be patched or plugged. Sidewall damage usually means replacement; bring it in (or book mobile service) and we'll tell you straight which one it is.
Do you service commercial vehicles and fleets?
Yes — we work with delivery vehicles, work trucks, and company fleets. Fleet service currently runs from our SW 107th Ave store and we're expanding. See the Fleet Service page to request pricing.
Which location should I visit?
Whichever is closest — all three stores handle the core tire services. Cutler Bay is the only store open Sundays (9 AM–4 PM). Use the location finder on our Locations page to get the nearest one from your ZIP code.
